Engagements

What an engagement looks like

Covered is a founder-led practice. This page describes how an engagement works and what clients receive — not a case library.

What you receive from an AI Readiness Audit

Workflow friction map

Where work slows down, duplicates, or loses clear ownership across your current process.

AI opportunity register

Where AI is likely to help, where it is likely to create more complexity than value, and where the honest answer is not yet.

Decision structure review

How decisions currently get made, where accountability is undefined, and what that costs operationally.

Priority fix list

Recommendations ranked by impact and implementation difficulty — not by what is most interesting to talk about.

Executive summary

Plain language for leadership. Not a technical document.

How an engagement works

Week 1–2Intake and mapping

We learn how your business actually operates through structured conversations and document review. We do not start from a template or a prior client’s situation. We start from yours.

Week 2–3Analysis

We identify where work slows down, where ownership is unclear, where AI is being misused or underused, and where the structure around it is insufficient for real accountability.

Week 3Recommendations

We return a written diagnostic with prioritized recommendations — what to fix first, what to address next, and what to leave alone. No ongoing dependency is built into the engagement. You receive something you can act on independently.

Client case notes

Case notes documenting real engagements will be added as they close and clients approve sharing.

If you want to understand how we approach a problem before deciding whether to reach out, the Approach page gives the clearest picture of how we work and what we produce.
