What we collect
Through the project inquiry form: your name, email, organization, role, team size, where you are with AI, what is prompting the inquiry, engagement interest, and investment context. Through the manuscript request form: your name, email, and an optional reason for requesting. We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party pixels to profile visitors beyond standard, aggregate site-traffic analytics.
Why we collect it
Solely to evaluate whether Covered is a fit for what you need, to respond to your inquiry, and to send the manuscript if you request it. Nothing you submit is used for marketing, resale, or any purpose beyond responding to you.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent by email, via Resend, directly to the practitioner's inbox. Covered is a founder-led practice — there is no separate database, CRM, or shared team inbox this data is copied into. Your message lives in that inbox the same way any email would.
Requesting deletion
Reply to any email from Covered, or use the contact form, and ask that your information be deleted. We will remove the corresponding email(s) from the inbox promptly and confirm once done.
No selling, no sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share what you submit with any third party, for any reason.
Please don't submit sensitive data
These forms are not built to handle regulated or highly sensitive data. Please do not include passwords, financial account numbers, health information, or anything similarly sensitive in a form submission — describe your situation in general terms instead.
